Altered recipe from the kamado joe videos they used wings i used blue cheese. Cooked on the kettle old school style no contollers no pit temps just the dial on the kettle. Cook at 400 used the dng flip after half way when done put in a ci skillet add blue cheese cheddar cheese and i used fresh chives, they added bacon. Put back on to melt the cheese. All in all not bad something different

Now I have an Anova sous vide, the Dragon blower and 2 Chef alarms from Thermoworks.
