Tomorrow I'll be smoking 6lbs of chicken wings (about 20 wings & tips, fairly large ones). I'm thinking of doing half in the traditional buffalo sauce since I love that. My kids don't care for spicy so I'm looking for suggestions as to what to do with the other 3lbs. Thanks!
