I've been diligently practicing on the Yoder Cimarron! This weekend, I did chicken halves with S&G Rub. I used a new wet brine and the white meat was almost lunchmeat texture (I will back off either salt or brine time). Made a batch of S&G and sprinkled it over the chicken halves. Finished with a soy sauce/adobo glaze. This was some mighty fine chicken (naturally no photos)! I'm thinking I may have to try this in competition with a red sauce to give the chicken some color.

CandySueQ Do you have the standard Cimmaron with the competition cart? Or did you have Yoder modify it in some way?
