I vac packed some baked chicken for the road cook. What temp and how long would ya’all recommend? It’s 97° outside so not gonna outdoor grill or indoor rv oven!

The general rule for SV leftovers is 160 for an hour minimum if thawed, 2 hrs if frozen. That's how I roll.

Thanks CaptainMike I ended up sous vide temp 140° for one hour, it came out great but next time I will bump the temp up to 155°-160° as you suggest. It was great but would prefer it a bit hotter.
