Current line-up of cookers: Oklahoma Joe's Bronco Pro, Masterbuilt Gravity Series 1050, Blackstone ProSeries 4 Burner 36" griddle, Weber Performer Deluxe and Weber Smokey Joe.
If this gets to be a thing for you, seriously consider getting a dedicated griddle. It's a real game changer for this kind of stuff. I use my Blackstone 36" for something at least every other day, on average.

Porter (especially Black Butte) goes great with it. For several years I worked nights and would fix 'breakfast' when I got home. My wife would get after me for walking around with a beer in my hand at 7:00 in the morning. But I would point out that it was like 7:00 at night to me!Last edited by ComfortablyNumb; August 26, 2020, 07:06 AM.

ComfortablyNumb Black Butte Porter is a staple at my place. There’s always at least half a case in the fridge.
But given the meal...let’s also not forget Founders Breakfast Stout. ;-)

I know folks like to cook on their blackstone griddle (and I fully intend to get one soon) .... but French Toast on my Hasty-Bake plus Grill Grates is amazing. The kiss of smoke flavor and how hot I can cook makes a tremendous difference.
