    Maybe time to make a loaf or two

    I have been playing around with starter again, just for fun. I have been working through some hydrations, and flours. Woke up this morning to find a pretty happy Starter. I have decided to bake with this, and trying a new flours.

    this is 40 percent Bread flour, 40 percent Whole wheat, and 20 percent Rye. Hopefully I have something fun to post.

      Funny thing, I now fail more then succeed, I think I just have different expectations now. It humbles me over & over & over!
