After a Pause did a Bake Today

Rainy Saturday so decided to bake one of my favorites. Vermont Whole Wheat Oatmeal bread. If it tastes as good as it smells in for a treat.

        58limited per your request.

A high-rising, soft-textured, and mildly sweet bread made from wheat and oats with a touch of honey.

Thanks! King Arthur has great recipes. I plan to make this today. I don't have the white whole wheat flour so will be using regular whole wheat.

Did another bake today. New to me. Harvest Grains Ciabatta. Delicious..

A chewy, crunchy, golden-brown loaf packed with whole grains and seeds.

Really tasty. Nice crunch. The Harvest Grains Blend link below. When I read off the grains and seeds in the blend my wife asked, "are we eating bird food?" Not too far off.

Just add ⅓ to ⅔ cup to your favorite 3-cup-flour recipe to lend crunch, chew, and a nutty, nuanced flavor. Shop with King Arthur Baking Company now.
