    Happy with results

    This is what got me thinking storage. I prepped this on Sunday. In fridge since then. Took half out to make this. Thursday I'll do the other half.

    I should mention it called for 7.5 cup A.P. flour. I used 3.5 A.P. and 3 Whole Wheat.

      The frig is death for bread. Either use a bread box or the freezer, For some reason the frig tends to make the bread go stale and get tough and mold faster than the counter or bread box.
