    Jeweler's Scale Recommendations?

My Kitchen scale is awful for measuring small quantities like yeast and salt for bread recipes. I was told I needed a Jeweler's scale. Any recommendations for a good brand?

I’ve had great results with this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B003S...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

      That’s the one I have.

My "distribution" days were so long ago that I'm sure the scales no longer use stones and you don't need an abacus to calculate

If you're prone to traffic stops, suggest you not transport it in your car. To each his own, but I don't bother to scale measuring-spoon quantities of ingredients. But I do scale all others, and the OXO scale works well for me.

I do a lot of black powder reloading and bullet casting. I was going to recommend my Hornady GS-1500 scale which weighs grams, grains, carats, and ounces but it looks like it has been discontinued. The one MBMorgan posted is very similar though and has a higher capacity than mine.

I have 2 of this one. Both work great. They also make a 200g one, I think but I have never needed anything more than 100g

Check with your local DEA office. They might have some in their evidence locker they may no longer need...
