It looks GOOD! Sourdough Beer Rye

Finally got a loaf I'm happy with as far as the rise and size. Also, this one cut easily with the bread lame - what I've been aiming for. This is Sourdough Beer Rye that I plan too make reuben sandwiches with (leftovers after SP day). Can't wait to cut into it - will try to add pic of interior when cut. I used Drop Top Amber Ale instead of Anchor Steam (because that was available).

The crust of this sourdough loaf is deep mahogany, almost black, and the interior was soft and chewy, with large, irregular holes. The bread makes excellent sandwiches too!

Drop Top Amber Ale: rich and slightly sweet but clean so you can savor every moment. Honey malts and a touch of milk sugar make this brew smooth and silky.

Raijer I threw this loaf in the freezer to be extracted Wednesday for Reuben sandwiches. Will add interior shot when I slice it. I really had to resist cutting it right away.
