Nice loaf. I love that book and making bread, but it's more of a cooler months kind of thing for me. Make up a batch of bacon then do Ken's Pain Au Bacon recipe. Man, that stuff is good!

There is no kneed in the sense of Kneeding, as you do all of the work inside a plastic 12 qt round cambro. but, it is a kneed bread, as you are engaged in several layers of folding the bread and forming the bread, it is just done in a container, rather on the counter, hence keeping things much cleaner in the kitchen. But, a super easy process, especially if you like to have controls (temperature, time) Ken Forkish even says that you should consider them ingredients

Weber Summit Kamado with SnS and Vortex.. Broil King Baron, Primo Oval Junior. Primo XL. Love grilling steaks, ribs, and chicken. Need to master smoked salmon. Absolutely love anything to do with baking bread. Favorite cool weather beer: Sam Adams Octoberfest Favorite warm weather beer: Yuengling Traditional Lager. All-time favorite drink: Single Malt Scotch
If that is your first loaf, I can't wait to see some more! Great job! that is beautiful. I love Flour , Water, Salt and Yeast. One of my favorite bread books. Try the Field Blend #2, and the Pain au Bacon. You won't be disappointed!

Thunder77, thank you. I look forward to walking through this book per-se and learning. His instructions are pretty thorough, any and all credit should be given to him. I am sure I will have plenty of lessons learned along the way, but, that is really no different then even life. Thank you for the recommendations, I look forward to trying them!
