Midnight Cake

I have tried to make brownies, carrot cake, etc, all my favorites. Never turn out right, or at least like what I want. This one is easy, and I like it better than brownies. I don't bother with frosting, it is great without anything added.

Funny story and looks amazing. I ran into that once with mustard, ground vs prepared. To me, "mustard" is the stuff in the yellow squeeze bottle that you put on hotdogs. Recipe writers need to assume their audience is, well, not too bright, and clarify what doesn't seem to need clarification so as to avoid oopses when possible.
