Alongside a plain brioche I would like to offer one a bit more interesting, grateful for any recipes for flavoured Brioche? One that could bridge pulled pork and brisket?
Adding dry herbs? Chilli flakes, dried fruit, olives, is it even possible?
Hi, I am new today. I like to bake sourdough loaves of bread. I add hard cheeses to my loaves of bread for extra flavor. I do it for the last 2 minutes of kneading whether by mixer or hand. You could add herbs (fresh) the same way and/or spices. Hope that helps.
