I use the rings. Have the same pan as Mbmorgan now. I LOVE the rings. Makes live much more simple than the tin foil.

I ran across these english muffin rings today and thought they would work great for anyone making Breadhead's brioche buns:

These would eliminate having to make them from foil. There are several different sizes available. That's why I didn't pick one.
