    Now those look really nice. And cheap! I mentioned in a different post yesterday that I saw some choice grade boneless rib roasts for $6.99 per pound. Not a speck of marbling in them. I left them where they were. I would have bought what you have in a second.

    Very nice, I have stopped at our local Publix twice looking for the perfect roast although I have not found it yet. Good job finding this one.

    Couldn’t resist buying a bunch and vac sealing/freezing it🤤 only made it 1 time before so hoping to get in down pretty good once I go through all this, also have another 3lb intact roast I’m making tomorrow !
