        Sirloin is awesome. I feel more like man when I am eating it. Huge beefy flavor, and a little tougher, makes me wanna go swing a sledge hammer or chop a tree down or build a barbed wire fence in the American West

        On a more serious note, think about adding a Chimichurri from @House Homey . The recipe is huge, so I usually halve everything but it is amazing. The fresher the better. Meathead also has some great board sauce recipes that always go great with sirloin.
