Nothing revolutionary here but, as a new member, I thought I'd share my first pics: Grass-fed short ribs, dry-brined with a rub of chili powder, paprika, and garlic powder, smoked on a 22" Weber using the Slow n Sear. Served with beet, cucumber, and tomato salad with feta and mint, everything grown on a friend's farm up the road. So simple, so delicious. Best of all, in the middle of dinner, a friend's daughter who is a vegetarian, literally said, "F*** it," and dug into the ribs!

Looks delish. Beef ribs are the bomb. And way to go on the conversion of your guest to a meat eater.

We were all vegs at one point, face it its easier to munch on grass than kill a T-rex.
But a convert is a convert.

The Flintstones to the contrary, we weren't around when T-Rex was. :-)

I was not expecting the Vegan twist to the story. Fantastic. Someone posted earlier asking for our current BBQ goals and turning a Vegan just might have to go on my list, lol!
