I found this in the bottom of my freezer, it’s SRF huge 4 rib roast. I bought two of them for Christmas 2018, intending to use the second one for Easter but plans changed. Then we were going to have it that summer, then etc etc etc.
I’m thinking it will still be fine. It was cryovacced by SRF, and has been below 0* the entire time. I thinking I might have it for Labor Day. (Still got backup burgers and dogs, obv.)
