    Sweeeeeeeeeeeet!!! The store about 50 yards from my house runs all the brisket from Select to Prime at $3.99/lb.

                    I was a little disappointed in this one, to be honest, though that's on me. The barrel got too hot at the beginning, and the flat near the coals overcooked. I also think I over salted it for the dry brine. At least the point was good!
