    Sirloin?

    I frequently buy Sams club prime sirloin steaks. Yesterday I grabbed this labeled as sirloin steak but not shaped like a typical sirloin steak I’ve ever seen. Is this a misprint?

    Maybe top sirloin cap steaks! I get these st Costco. They’re better than you might think if so.

      I agree. I just bought a pack from Costco yesterday and they are almost identical to the ones in the picture. I paid about double the price though.

    Thank you! That confirms my method of buy now ask questions later. Beef prices finally came back down to earth for us in PA a week or two ago.
