          I must admit im torn on how to cook this. I will prob go low and slow like a reg chuckie but im assuming it will be ready at a much lower temp. For something like this i am def going for slicing vs pulled.

                      i sliced some off for a wee raw taste. so good and tender as is. def going to treat as a steak and take to med and see what happens

                      Well thats that question answered. While f-ing delicious and definitely edible at 135-140...im taking it higher. Still a little chewy. I really hope that i dont destroy this, lol.
