After applying salt rub, found no room in the fridge to rest overnight.
Since we had record cold temperature in Toronto Saturday night, I left it in the BBQ.
Fortunately, the trash pandas didn't steal it.

Where are you getting your briskets from? Superstore has them in my area from time to time, Costco is a chocolate mess don't go near that place.
