    Mother's Day pastrami

    My 8 year old son recently mentioned "Dad, Mom's kissing you WAY more since you made her pastrami..."

    ....Not a shocker what's on the smoker at 630 am in 36 degree Andover, Massachusetts!!!!

        Go to this post. Meatheads corned beef, desalination and rub for two days in fridge. Then David Parrishs smoke to 170 and sous vide instead of steam at 195 for 4 hours.

        That post is worth the membership fee itself.
