    What kind of beef ribs?

    Anyone know what cut these are? They looked too long to be plate but too meaty to be back ribs...?

    Plate for sure.

      They look like plate ribs I get from my butcher to me. Most chain stores cut these in half and into individual ribs, so you normally do not see the full plate rack without asking for it.

          Plate. I have 4 in a cryopac sitting in my meat locker fridge waiting on a day in the smoke sauna
