    Tri Tip

    Did a tri-tip last night with EVOO, garlic, rosemary and salt. We also tried an infused butter on top after slicing it...reduced red wine, rosemary and salt. Sprinkled a little of the grilled lemon on at the end. Was a fun twist on tri tip. Thought I’d share since we all have LOTS of time to try new recipes lately haha. Stay safe everybody

      Thanks! Yea the butter was something my wife saw a while ago and we’ve been wanting to try it for a while. Will definitely be experimenting with that more in the future

    You and I have been cooking the same things lately. I do a mop sauce on my TT when I grill it. The mop sauce has red wine, red wine vinegar, EVOO, garlic, parsley and Dijon mustard.
