Love those beef rib pics! I chowed down on some myself last weekend, and I'm already suffering separation anxiety. Keep up the good work.

Thanks! Did you do short ribs or back ribs, and if you've done both, which did you like better?

I had lamb "baby back" ribs, beef back ribs and short ribs on there last weekend. The short ribs were nice cause I could slice up that nugget and they were so tender. My girlfriend wasn't as big a fan of the back ribs because they had some gristle in them, but I love getting all up in the rib meat caveman style. So for a crowd pleaser I would say short ribs, for a me pleaser I would say back ribs.

I love beef ribs, probably more than pork - but one can never be sure. Great photos and presentation. Really enjoyed this post!

Those looked great, and seeing them made me hungry! I did beef ribs for the first time a few weeks ago with Meathead's Big Bad Beef Rub, and now I'm a believer. I may never cook another brisket!
