Finally found a couple of flank steaks up here for a price I could live with.
I read Meatheads article on grilling flanks on a Weber grill using the hot and fast metheod.
I have a BKK so cannot get the coals that close to the cooking surface for hot and fast.
Don't want to use my gasser and lose out on the charcoal flavour.
Has anyone done flanks on a BKK, please share your metheod and will it live up to expectation's.
Edit: I cook flanks on my Weber Kettle ( do see that I misread this, I thought you said on a weber).. I will have to look at that Grill brand you have THe BKK? ., not sure I have heard those initials I'm leaving the flank porn though...

I was just at Home Depot for this money pit of a kitchen remodel, shudda grabbed a Jumbo Joe. This week is 18 months interest free if you spend over $300 at local HD and we creamed that.
