Rib Roast String Net and Bark

I just picked up my rib roast and it came in a string net to keep it round. When should I remove the string net so it doesn't destroy the bark? I really don't like this string net thing....

Keep it on until after you sear it.
It might very well fall apart as your searing it.
It’s happened to me.
Plus. It won’t hurt the bark much.

Iis it elasticised webbing, or butchers twine. If twine, leave it on. If that stretchy shit, remove it and truss it yourself.

My roast had the stretchy crap! The butcher came out and said they tied it up nice......ha! I’ll have to take it back and show them how twine works and makes it look really nice!
