Just wondering if anyone has tried the AAA Canadian rib eye at BJs? What American grade would it compare to? Thinking about buying one of the whole slabs they always have and breaking it up into some steaks and roasts.
AAA Canadian graded beef = USA Choice. Canada, like the U.S. also has Prime grade as well but you don’t see it as often as you do south of the 49th parallel.
I bought one a few months ago. I would compare
it to the higher end of USDA choice. I used half for steaks and dry aged the other half for 30 days. No regrets!
