              3 set bark FAST. they were originally at the top back corners, the hot-spot on this cooker. Crutched and rotated to the bottom.

                What a marvelous setup and an even more marvelous-looking cook going on. I hope you're having a lot of fun with it; that's what it's all about: enjoying the cook and enjoying seeing happy well-fed folks when the cook is done.

                  the money shot. Sorry, no pics of the finished product. My help had to bail so I hand cut everything myself. Was to busy to take any. I'll check with the photographer later and see what they have.

                      Nice cook tweeter. You really do it up Tejas style brother !! One of these days I need to drive up there and be your photographer. You may be a good pitmaster but you sure ain't got a knack for pics !! Hope it all turned out delicious as I'm sure it did.

                        wife does photography, but I don't hassle her about it. All the fancy cameras, umbrella thingys, the works. Said she wanted to do something in her spare time.
