    Boneless Short Ribs Question

    I was going to do the Texas style beef ribs recipe from the free site this weekend. My butcher only had boneless ribs yesterday, and I picked up some.
    Any suggestions for modifications or anything else I should worry about.

    I smoke both the same, but the boneless do cook quicker although I don't remember times.

      Treat them like little chuckies.

        Will also be easier to use a temp probe for boneless as you don’t need to worry about the probe being too close to the bone.

          Nothing special. They will actually cook more uniformly without having that bone in the way! Let us know how it goes!

            Smoke 'em if you got 'em IMO. I made boneless beef short rib tacos Saturday night. Man, those are good!

              I've done both the same way. Only real difference is visual. They look better with bones!
