    Short Ribs cook

    My sisters friend owns a farm, with a few head of cattle. She gave me these. Dry brined overnight, then sprinkled with BBBR.
    Smoked 'em on the SnS for 8 hrs @ 225°-240°, then pulled, wrapped and rested them for an hour, after the internal temp hit 200°.

    They weren't very meaty, but tender, and just the right amount for Mrs Skinsfan and me.
