    I cook tri-tip at least once or twice a month...so this would make a nice change.

      Troutman Did this on Saturday night. Tonight a tri-tip sandwich with homemade fries. Thank you Mr. Troutman for a wonderful recipe. It is even better leftover!

        Tri-tip served with pinto beans, salsa, garlic bread and green salad, can't go wrong. Just don't over cook it. I used to help BBQ Tri-tip with the Santa Maria boys at the Cow Palace. Always a favorite!
