    I love flanken style short ribs! They’re great marinated or even just with salt and pepper.

          Thanks for your earlier advice...They were a little thicker so I ended up doing sort of a reverse sear. They were delicious.

              HouseHomey I get kettle seeds from the hardware store. If you wait long enough and add enough green or fertilizer, it grows into a a 26.
