Great to hear it was a great cook. It looks mighty tasty.
I love how steady the Egg runs in pretty much all weather. I cook in temps from -20 F to 95 F and I always have nice even temps. Can't beat that consistency!

I started off with cheapo gas grills from Walmart, then more expensive gas grills, then a Weber kettle. Now there are 2 kettles, a Traeger Jr. (which is bi-polar), and of course the egg. The kettle wins for quickness but the egg is the smoking winner.

maybe it's just my crummy cooker but i find things hold temp and cook better in ungodly humid weather.
