True. One of the issues for smoking it is that it's just me. Also.. ribs... mmm.....

I voted for smokin' it. I just got pork ribs on the grill and I am feeling lazy. Smoking it is easier than curing/brining and smoking it. Also the rewards are quicker!

Hmmm 6-2 for pastrami... Kind of the way I was leaning. (makes room in the fridge)
