      I’m hoping the rodeo is just keeping him busy but maybe he is still dealing with the Paradise fire and his family. I miss him too. A wealth of knowledge.

    Donw Okay your link is mo better! I've been to Snow's BBQ & met the 84 year old pitmaster. She's one of Franklin's fav. While back Aaron had a PBS show, chronicling all his Fav places

      Raichlen’s overview is pretty much just that. The devil is in the details that Eric does an excellent job of in his post.

      The only thing he talks talks about that I thought was odd was the cardboard platform. That’s what a 1/4” fat cap is for.
