Does pulled chuck roast have the same reheating capabilities as pulled pork? I've served pulled pork the next day with great success, I was just wondering if it carried over to pulled chuck roast. I've got a catering gig coming up and it would make my life a lot easier if I could do it the day before and reheat. Thanks for the input

In my experience, yes. Often it's perfectly fine & juicy reheated, if you find it dry try a little butter & water.
