    Serving pulled chuckie the next day?

    Does pulled chuck roast have the same reheating capabilities as pulled pork? I've served pulled pork the next day with great success, I was just wondering if it carried over to pulled chuck roast. I've got a catering gig coming up and it would make my life a lot easier if I could do it the day before and reheat. Thanks for the input

    I don't know about catering, but I smoked a couple up on Sunday and bagged them up for my lunches this week and they taste fine to me, though probably dryer than pulled pork.

      In my experience, yes. Often it's perfectly fine & juicy reheated, if you find it dry try a little butter & water.
