Beef Ribs - what HEB calls finger ribs. Dry brined Friday night. Coated with vegetable oil and Penzeys Mitchell Street seasoning. Smoked at 225 for 3.5 hrs, pulled and wrapped for 90 minutes. Rested for 30 mins before we ate.
Beans - Bush's Original drained. Added pork belly and onion on the bottom. Stirred bourbon, mustard and brown sugar into the beans. Poured on top of the onions and belly. Topped with more pork belly. Smoked on top shelf for 2hrs.
Corn on the Cob - Birds Eye frozen corn. Placed on rack, filled pan with water. Smoked for 2hrs.
