    Grinding Wagyu Brisket?

Anyone ever do this for burger? If so, would you please share your process?

Wait a minute, you're from Texas and thinking of grinding brisket? Git a rope!

Why would anybody do such a thing?

No judgment from me, but I don't understand why anyone would do this. Personally, I would rather have a few slices of smoked brisket than a hamburger just about any day.

Since I've misplaced my manual grinder, I've just been chopping to stew beef chunks. THIS IS NOT THE ENTIRE BRISKET!!! Just trimmings after shaping for a contest. Waygu brisket burger is a very tasty sammich!

I've got a few pounds of both lean and fat trimmings that are left over from a cook off. I guess I should have explained that in the beginning. I was thinking about turning it into burger instead of sausage.

I was thinking when I read this that I would never eat a burger remotely as good as a Wagyu brisket so why would anyone do that? Lol.
