    Smoked Cheeks

    I smoked some beef cheeks today, ten hours @275, very good. But if longer resting could be better. I didn’t have time for resting.

    That looks very good. I accidentally smoked my cheeks once - I had trouble sitting for a few days...

        I've seen beef cheeks in HEB lately...In San Antonio. Beef tamales for Fiesta Season?! I'll take mine as above...BBQ!
