    Start and End were Good Middle Not So Much

    Found some nice looking beef ribs at the store so picked them up. Started my cook before the polar vortex arrived all was well, sun was shining and then this arrived out of no where but ended up well.

          Thanks a couple sections of certain ribs a tad dry but overall pretty moist. Man it got cold fast it went from comfortable in a sweatshirt, at least for me, to freezing and the winds are brutal.
