Had some friends over last week for the game. Received a 22-ish# Wagyu from a customer of mine. Smoked it off with no wrap this time as it cooked reallllly fast, and stalled real late. Not a worry. I pulled it faster than normal for the guess to enjoy at 193°, but it was damn good.
Hahahahaha no. Consider I mandelined half my finger off on one of the side last week. We’re doing a chuck roast chili, corn bread, queso dip, and some other Knick knack foods this week.
