    No Grill, No Turkey, No Problem

    Made a turkey about three weeks ago when my mother visited.

    Decided to make individual Beef Wellingtons for dinner today.

    Started with some mushrooms, shallots, garlic & parsley in some butter

    Next I seared off some filets in some vegetable oil.

    Then it was was time for assembly

                    That look's fantastic. What were the ingredients/process for the "dough"? From scratch? Wow I really want to try this.
