Once you get that fine looking hunk of beef finished what are going to do with it? Slice it? Pull it? I've never smoked a chuck roast before.

Dang, I went into a panic mode bc the thermapen wasn't working. Rush to the store to get batteries and didn't know the thermapen had two batteries so I only put one in it and it still didn't work so when I took the battery back out that's when I notice it had another battery. The thermapen is now working and my heart rate went down.

The Pit Barrel Cooker May Be Too Easy

The PBC has a rabid cult following for good reason. It’s among the best bargains for a smoker in the world. This baby cooks circles around cheap offset smokers because temperature control is so much easier. Click here to read our detailed review and the raves from people who own them.

A Propane Smoker That Performs Under Pressure
