Fire Art - dunno - never tried it, but I bet it would be interesting.

I would keep them separate. You don't want pork flavors mixed in with your steak. That might just be my own personal tastes though.

I keep th Beef Luv in Mason jars, in my fridge...
Bacon Grease in a Grease canister right next to th stove.

I prefer to keep th two flavours separate...

How long do you find it lasts in the mason jars, if I might ask?

Year plus, easily, I have read, though I find I go through it far faster. PappyBBQ

I haven't tried this yet, but other members make beef luv cubes in an ice tray, then package/jar, an store in the freezer.

I would think that those would last a great long time, when sealed properly...

The ice cube thing is what I've been doing. Can be a pain in the butt as the freezer (only have one) side of my SubZ has an ice maker and is always chock full! I use it often enough that the mason jar sound like a good idea to me! Thanks for the response!

I would keep them separate. Then you could add some of each to whatever you are cooking if you choose. If it turns out you don't like it, then you haven't ruined the beef love.
