    well was my first try at Pastrami start to end little over a week but worth it turned out great

                      No argument here. I use the Meathead recipe. I usually lop off the skinny end of my brisket packers (they dry out anyway) and throw those in the corning solution once a month. Make great sammies after QVQing them !!!

                      Corning your own products the best results mainly I think because you are almost always using a better starting cut of meat.
