ID:	579472 Just a few short ribs for the wife and I. Memphis Dust rub, 225 indirect, a little Jack Daniels barrel pieces for effect, 3.5 hours to 205 internal. Before and after eating pics. Mmmmm!

    They look great, except you didn't save any for me! I've never tried Memphis Dust on beef. Apparently it was good based on the bones!
