    What is the best cut to use for pulled beef? Thanks!!

      Always used chuck roasts.

        Chucks are $4.00 per pound and brisket is $3.25 per pound. Not sure what to use.....

          Minimal trimming on chuck. Lots of trimming on brisket. Brisket does better chopped.

        Chuck....I take to about 208 internal, then place in a 200 degree oven for one hour, then a 170 degree oven or WARM Cambro for at least 2 hours.

          I typically use the smoker to hold at 200, but this is the basic procedure I follow, and it always works. Pulled chuckies are a favorite at my house.
