I was gifted a pair of 24 oz. ribeyes and a bag of Oakridge BBQ Carne Crosta Steakhouse Rub (God's gift to steak) last week and finally had a chance to grill them today. The steaks were rubbed down with the Carne Crosta and allowed to sit for an hour before cooking. Reverse seared them on the Weber kettle along with baked potatoes and garlic bread. Everything was cooked on the Weber so the kitchen didn't get heated up. Pure heaven.
